If you are new to CrossFit we will start you out in our Liberty Fundamentals Course. These beginner classes are geared toward instructing new athletes in the specific foundational movements of CrossFit training. Each class is structured just like our regular CrossFit classes so you can expect to get a great workout and learn a lot!
Fundamentals Class Times:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 7am & 7pm
*Experienced CrossFit athletes do not need to attend the Fundamentals Course, and may begin training in any of our regular group class programs.
