CROSSFIT - WORKOUT OF THE DAY

The CrossFit Liberty Workout of the Day (W.O.D) is our daily training program designed to dramatically improve your overall strength, body composition and general wellness. We employ functional movements due to their effectiveness when carefully utilized in a proper strength and conditioning program. These movements consist of squatting, jumping, pushing, pulling, lifting, holding, and more. However, we do not merely exercise, we train. Through CrossFit you will develop specific athletic skills and our top level coaches are here to teach you–not just make you sweat.

The experience is community driven in a fun, safe and supportive environment. You will constantly learn and develop in a group setting while getting individual attention and personal coaching comparable to 1-on-1 training at most gyms. Our gym is results-based. We use the things that work and scrap the things that don’t.

The WOD is where you come to work hard and have fun while you do it.

LIBERTY FUNDAMENTALS COURSE

Our Fundamentals Course is exclusively for new and beginning CrossFit athletes. It is a safe and fun learning environment designed to make you feel as comfortable as possible as you start your new fitness journey. Throughout your Fundamentals experience you will learn the common movements we practice in CrossFit and be introduced to our community environment at CrossFit Liberty.

This 4-week, 12-session program is appropriate for anyone brand new to CrossFit as it is our gym’s specific required starting point for anyone not previously experienced in CrossFit training or methodology.

Classes start every first Monday of every month and meet weekly M/W/F @ 7PM and 7AM. Price: €50

PERSONAL TRAINING

Achieving our ideal fitness is oftentimes more challenging than we think. Small changes, however simple, usually require an immense amount of consistent discipline. Our Personal Training program provides the structure and accountability you need to reach your personal goals.

Whether you are looking to make significant efforts in improving your fitness and quality of life, or you need some technique work on tricky movements. Our Trainers are here to help you maximize your time and effort. With our simple and effective approach of ASSESSMENT, PLAN, EXECUTION, and REASSESSMENT you will begin to experience a clear path towards your ideal fitness.Sessions are an hour long and priced out accordingly.

YOGA

Yoga will help you gain better body awareness, increased mobility and stability. These classes focus on large muscle group stretches and basic body positioning poses. Classes are 1 hour long and meet every Thursday evening at 8:00PM.

If you want to learn Jiu Jitsu, you’ve come to the right place! Team Choco’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) program is known for its high-quality instruction by high-caliber athletes.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the single most effective martial art you can learn for self defense. Unlike most martial arts, Jiu Jitsu doesn’t rely on size and strength. It’s all about leverage and joint manipulation. A smaller person could easily use BJJ techniques to defeat a much larger and stronger opponent. Since real-world fights often end up on the ground, training in a martial art that focuses exclusively on ground combat is both practical and prudent.

• CrossFit Liberty has only one goal for their athletes: to take them to a level of performance that they could never take themselves.
• No matter how lofty the goal we are here for you. Our remote coaching option is for everyone

• Individual Coaching and Programming – €250 for an 8 week training block
What You Get:
• An initial consultation for you to meet your coach, and for us to get to know you on every level so we can put together a program specifically for you
• A tailored 8 week program designed specifically for you, your availability, your equipment, your skill level, to accomplish your goals
• Your programming is delivered straight to your smart phone, tablet, and computer via Wodify
o Watch movement demos to ensure proper form and maximize safety
o Log every set, rep, time, and round
o All results will be delivered directly to your coach’s phone, tablet, and computer
o Directly message your coach through your programs messaging feed
o Post training videos to your feed to get meaningful feedback from your coach

Our beginner on-ramp classes introduce you to CrossFit, its basic movements and methodology and safely progress you on into our regular classes.

STEP 3 - UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP

After completing the Fundamentals Course you are free to join all other regular class programs for the remainder the month! See our membership options page below
